Требования:
MA in Social/ Economic Sciences (preferably in Sociology or Marketing) with working knowledge about marketing research methods and practices as well as general knowledge about marketing
Basic knowledge on macro-economic, social & retail trends in Russia
Ability to deliver superior, actionable and timely execution while working under stress; creativity in problem solving & ability to think independently, good communication & interpersonal skills
Professional maturity while dealing with Senior Management, ability to integrate marketplace information in the broader business perspective to drive appropriate planning & decision making
Very good analytical skills; strong presentation skills; ability to manage several projects in parallel
Fluency in English (written, spoken); solid software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Nitro Internet usage)
At least 2 years experience in Market Research for FMCG (on supplier or/and manufacturer side) preferably on the project manager position in quantitative area
At least 3 years experience across research techniques, applications & analyses used specifically at Kraft BU to support Management, Marketing & Sales

Обязанности:
Solely manages the A-Z of regular customized studies for the Snack Sector according to Kraft CI Best Practices such as: Conscreens, Concept Tests, Product Tests, Packaging Tests Concept & Product Tests, Promo Testing
Assists the Consumer Insights Manager for the more sophisticated methodologies such as: price sensitivity study (BPTO), Volumetric tests (BASES), new copies pre-testing for category (LINK), Brand Health study, Segmentation study, Usage& Attitude research
Ensures that Global/Regional projects receive the appropriate local focus and assists in their local implementation
Integrates the various sources of information to formulate superior consumer insights specifically to address the increased need for SVT understanding
Ensures that marketing conclusions and recommendations for all projects conducted are clearly communicated, bringing the research conclusions of studies directly to bear on the marketing issues and opportunities
Consults and recommends the appropriate research investment level to support the established and business building objectives taking into consideration ROI
Liaise with global/regional teams to a) ensure accurate input into global/regional trackers; b) ensure that CI Practices are appropriately used and/or adapted for the BU needs
