Требования:
University degree in Economics, Marketing or Social Sciences / Marketing Social Research or engineering / technology
Strong computer skills : standard MS Office, incl. Access + familiar with Inf*Act application (AC Nielsen)
High level of analytical skills
Good communication skills, written and spoken English.
Interpersonal skills, ability to interact well with full range of personnel internally and externally.
Flexibility to cope with changing priorities and circumstances.
Good time-management; the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Project management skills; ability to manage market research projects from design to final analysis.
Negotiating skills
A minimum of 1 year of market research experience (supplier side / manufacturer).
Research experience should cover primarily retail audits, secondly, consumer researches (both quantitative and qualitative).
Preferably, some experience in working in an international environment.
FMCG experience preferred
Обязанности:
Fulfilling of the requests originated primarily by CI manager and marketing to the retail audits data (AC Nielsen) on a day-to-day basis; analysis of this data in accordance with the requests. Maintaining / developing of the reporting system.
Provide assistance in implementation of the appropriate marketing research to CI manager, including documents flow within the organisation (contracts, invoices), able to take over the full responsibility for some of them, ensuring they meet the business issues.
Working on the objectivity and integrity of the consumer and market information available.
Assistance in some ad-hoc quantitative & qualitative studies, particularly for coffee and cheese category
To work closely with EEMA regional teams.
