Обязанности:
1. Trade Activity: To develop, implement, monitor trade activity to support volume and NW Distribution targets by Category (by Brands, be trade channels)
2. New products launches: To develop, implement, evaluate trade and POSM support for volume and NW Distribution targets for all new brands
3. Budget: To plan and operate Trade Incentive budget by Category. To analyse investments and effectiveness of trade incentive programs – Post Evaluation Analysis by each national trade Incentive program. To analyse investments and achievements
4. POSM: To plan OB – POSM by each brand. To develop POS materials production plan according, create “right” POS materials for all Trade Channels and target to increase visibility of our Confectionery brands in outlets especially in impulse zone. To monitor POSM placement and their proper use
5. Merchandising: To prepare and distribute merchandising standards for all types of outlets including new launched brands basing on strong analysis and according to Category Management strategy
6. Market overview: To analyse competitors activity in all trade channels and provide sales team with recommendations for prompt reaction on competitors actions – Moscow, Regions
7. Research: To analyse AC Nielsen data and regional features to adapt Trade Activity to Regional sales targets and strategies.
