Обязанности:
Reporting to Category Planning Manager
To execute finished goods replenishment activities for Russia and Ukraine;
To maintain Planning system for the category;
Coordinate new activities in forecasting & planning area to ensure launches into the market on agreed time;
Coordinate export / import activities.
Responsible for planning process of in-house manufactured product
Liaise with factory planner to look at projected shortfalls and try to solve a problem
Rerun optimiser and/or manually replan products for which problems have been found
Maintain all Master Data for existing materials
Establish Distribution Network
Setting Stock Targets
Create Complex Pack / Co-Pack Plan
Responsible for new activities (launches, re-launches, promotions) Planning system work:
Participate in innovation implementation plans
Collect information about new materials and provide information for setting up the SAP planning system
Put all necessary master data direct in APO planning system
Coordinate activities in order to launch the product on the market at agreed time
Responsible for export operations:
Obtaining forecast from export customers (both short & long-terms)
Include export orders into Demand Plan for the factories
Send a confirmed supply plan to Customer
Preparing Contracts & Annexes for export sales.
Responsible for Import FG Planning:
Create a supply request or replenishment plan for import product
Monitoring dispatches, stocks & production output
Preparing Contracts & Annexes for import suppliers
