Компенсационный пакет: FUNCTION: - The Logistics Manager reports to Logistics and Distribution Manager and has responsibility for the key functions of Logistics, Forecasting, Business Planning analysis activities. - The position has a responsibility to work closely with Marketing and Finance divisions of NSC and with other the company's manufacturing and Logistics divisions, to establish an efficient Logistics of the company's products in CIS Marketing area. MANAGERS PROFILE: The Manager should be an excellent communicator in both the written and spoken word and have strong presentation skills. Professionalism and ability to represent the company to decision-makers of international and national companies must come naturally. The ability to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively and efficiently with long term results as a top priority. This person must be customer – oriented and have a numerate and analytical mind with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Attention to details and the ability to carryout long-term corporate objectives is a priority. Strong MSAccess skills required. EXPERIENCE PREFFERED: A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Logistics in an international or national company. Mathematical (or other technical) and finance background is required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and maintain a concise Logistics systems according to the strategic plan with the ability to retrieve detailed information efficiently for the company's products in CIS Marketing Area. Managing the day to day activities of the Logistics group. The primary group functions are: - Supervising Logistics group - Daily control of timely shipment / delivery of the vehicles - Maintain vehicle stock and stock control to meet CIS sales objective. - Process contracts for vehicle logistics. - Develop and maintain product Access based database. - Organize required electronic and or paper flow process, according to the company and national procedures. - Develop and maintain reporting system to support CIS business management. - Interface with logistics / warehouse contractors. - Conduct Economy and Sales Analyses. Come up with savings initiatives - Follow through with other tasks that may be asked of you from time-to-time that are not directly related to Logistics. - Dealer satisfaction management. GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS AND LANGUAGES: These will be at Senior levels within the company CIS, Dealers, Contractors and other company's Organizations. Whilst there are many languages spoken in the region, fluent English and a working level of Russian are important. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Logistics Manager will be required to travel from time to time in the CIS Region as well as to other locations outside of the Region especially Russelsheim.
