Требования:
5-7 years with Western company in sales or consulting
University degree, MBA is a plus
Excellent English skills and sufficient software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Обязанности:
Отдел: Дирекция по развитию продаж
Подчинение: Sales Development Director

Role Outline:
Determine secondary distribution setup for major channels/cities
Increase share of distribution to retailers to lower costs and better control over execution

Key Responsibilities:
Develop distributor assessment criteria and gain understanding of distribution landscape by geography/channel/product category
Specify distribution strategy by channels. Develop route-to-market models by channels/geography and formalize implementation approach.
Formalize targets, commercial terms and modus operandi for all distributor categories.
Refine distributor selection/firing criteria and formalize decision-making process
Review and refine development targets – sales volume, coverage, revenue by cities.
Develop roadmap with transition plan and risk mitigation initiatives.
Follow up projects implementation within sales organization
P&L responsibility for the company distribution system
