Компенсационный пакет: Key Responsibilities * To initiate commercial activities focused on: demand and operation planning, trade-marketing, key-account management, interactions with distributors. * To define clear short/mid term operating plans covering distribution growth initiatives, pricing policy, promotions, range, etc. To maximize the unit’s business performance and to increase the competitive edge within the markets. * To participate actively in developing and implementation of the product marketing initiatives * To manage distributors via a Divisional and Regional sales network – which includes a team of thousands dedicated sales people on the ground. * To ensure the development of strategic studies on competition, new business opportunities, etc. * To ensure thorough analysis in the market on brands, distribution channels, opportunities and risks. * To liaise regularly with other departments (notably logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure full coordination of activities. * To control Profit & Loss analysis of commercial activities. * To manage the chain management team by controlling all key areas, including listings and pricing. * To manage day-to-day matters relating to the business * To optimize structure and headcount to deliver the business aspirations * To guide, motivate and develop subordinated staff with an efficient allocation of people capabilities and resources. Requirements * Native Russian speaker (could be a Russian national, or from the CIS countries) - preferable * Fluent in business English * Experience with managing sales & trade marketing efforts in Russian market, and other Central European Countries is preferable. * Experience from “basic foods industry” would be a distinct advantage. * Proven sales ability and strong organization skills are required. * Proven ability to drive business forward to achieve outstanding goals.
