Компенсационный пакет: Mission and Main responsibilities Develop and support best -in-class Demand Forecasting process - to ensure Danone-Russia competitive advantages as well as position of "Preferred supplier for Retail»: - ensure achievement of operational targets - develop, collect data and analyze process KPIs; propose / plan / drive appropriate corrective actions - design, implement & support appropriate methods, tools, procedures - drive Demand block of S&OP, contribute in other related cross-functional projects (Promos, SKU Optimization...) - integration of CIS supply (Russian plants) - creation of efficient and adoptive Demand team / people empowerment & development Job Dimension - the role has strong effect on short term operational results (CSL, PPED), and important mid / long term cross-functional effect on Danone-Russia results - complexity : 120 industrial SKUs + 45 Ukraine + >50 Promo SKUs - volume : full Danone -Russia sales + CIS supply (Russian plants) - team : currently 6 direct subordinates Current Context - CSL +10% , PPED -0,2% at the end Y2009; - special focus on GPS implementation in Demand area (approach + tools) - upgrade of FC tools - improvement of KPI reporting (Score Card) - support Promo / Push Plans Key elements that could motivate a candidate - scope (complex task with big impact) - visibility - transversality - up-to date decision making approach (GPS) - personal developments opportunities Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed - understanding of business (Sales / Marketing dimensions - factors - trends) - Supply Chain background - solid knowledge / experience about demand forecasting methods / tools - experience in management of transversal / IT projects as plus Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed - analytical, in combination with operational management abilities - maturity, stress resistance - cross-functional communication / "management by influence" skills - innovative, ability to calculate & manage risks - ability to motivate people, coaching and people development Languages Level English Fluent
