Обязанности:
Analyse and control of field force team, training and motivation.
Developing professional skills of regional team.
Providing regular coaching of Medical Representatives during dual calls in the field.
Regular assessment of MR/SMR performance based on key performance indicators (KPI), giving personal appraisal to each MR/SMR.
