Excellent training and coaching experiences from either pharmaceutical industry or specialized training agency
Excellent project management skills - ensuring preparing and co-ordination of sales force material (sales training binders, product binders, selling-skills binders/workshops etc.)
Excellent cross-department / teamwork skills
Excellent communication/support skills - to work with sales force and support them in understanding their tasks / improvement of their performance.

Обязанности:
Training and coaching the sales force (selling skills, presentations skills, 'product-skills'
Double visits and reporting on performance according to strategy
Co-ordinate medical training and material
Co-ordinate training binders on product, industry and company info for sales force
