Experience as Marketing manager or Group Product manager in pharma FMCG
Experience in people management
Good knowledge of OTC market
Perfect communication and leadership skills;
MBA degree is a plus.
Обязанности:
Development of marketing strategy of OTC products,
Business planning, budgeting;
Coach, motivation and control of product managers (10 pms);
Market analyze and forecast.
Media planning
Work with specialized field force
