Требования:
* Experience: Clinical practice and/or Scientific Research and/or Pharmaceutics.
* Fluent English (written and oral).
* Writing expertise (ability to create good quality written texts).
* Work with PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer. Most and foremost: good skills of navigation in WWW, primarily in search for medical information).
* Good communication skills.
Обязанности:
* Creating and updating standard medical information responses to queries coming from the company’s employees via Arsenal Medical Information HelpDesk.
* Responding to medical information queries coming via phone and e-mail from outside the company (from HCPs and consumers).
* Maintenance, debugging and development of Arsenal Medical Information HelpDesk.
* Providing and preparation of medical information materials when requested by other employees and departments within the company (upon Medical Information Manager authorization).
* Ensuring that all adverse events and product complaints mentioned in the medical information queries were timely reported to the Safety Officers.
* Participation in preparation and reviewing of medical information materials for sponsored websites.
* Participation in pro-active distribution of medical information messages among healthcare professionals (“Dear Healthcare Professional” Letters).
* Analysis of the medical information exchange process.
* Training the company’s employees on Arsenal use, on the rules of handling medical information queries and responses, and on relevant subjects.
