Organization and holding trainings for sales force.
Evaluate and track training effectiveness through various methods (coaching in the fields, video materials, field trainings, guidance materials, post raining support etc)
Develop evaluation methods to identify the further training needs for Sales Department
Preparing and participation in cycle meeting preparations and implementation
Identify training needs and implement training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of Sales Force
Training Budget management
Trainings implementation analysis
