University Degree
Experience in the area of customer service and/or key account (channel) management more than 3 years
Excellent Account Management Skills
Strong leadership skills
Fluent English

Обязанности:
Developing and managment multiple commercial sales channels and Federal channel.
Understanding the differing aspects of the varying commercial channels and developing strategies to penetrate and support these channels to maximize revenues.
Directing and performing market analysis for primary KA channels and prioritizing customers (distributors’ sales forecast analysis);
Defining KA channel targets and resource allocation strategy in collaboration with the Sales and BU Heads;
Developing cross-channel KA plans that encompass commercialization, account management, fulfillment, channel service, customer service, and KAM resource allocation;
Observing market and pro-actively reacts to changes in market place and ensuring translation into commercial policy;
Ensuring direction and control of all team activities, including Logistics, Customer Service Coordination, and Warehouse.

Заработная плата: от 220000 до 270000 рублей
