Требования:
• University degree in Finance/Accounting
• 1-2 years experience in related fields preferably in a large multinational company
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and ability to readily interpret financial statements
• Project Management skills
• Familiar to finance & accounting reporting systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills as well the ability to work with individuals and groups both internally and outside of the company
• Fluency in English and Russian (mother tongue)
Обязанности:
Credit Risk Management and Customer Financing in the Eastern European Region
• Risk Assessment: Customer, Industry, Country.
• Establishment of Credit limits and Credit terms
• Performance monitoring (AR Aging, DSO)
• Development of customer financing solutions together with regional Sales organization and treasury
• Anticipation of problems, legal implications and communication to Sales about potential financial problems with customers.
• Preparation and Communication of Management data: Country exposure, DSOs, AR overdue trends and analysis for the region.
• Initiation and implementation of improvement programs, which drive cash flow/DSO performance of portfolio of accounts
• Development of good relations with key people externally such as financial organizations, banks and other trade organizations and internally such as customer service and sales/marketing
