Требования:
- Russian/Foreign citizen
- Male/female up to 45y.o.
- Higher Financial Education, western MBA
- More than 5 years of professional experience as CFO in big manufacturing production/construction company
- Fluent English and Russian
- Deep knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP
- Strong managerial experience (from 50 direct subordinates)
- Excellent communication&presentation skills
- Maturity
Обязанности:
- General financial management and financial performance of the company's business.
- Immediate participation in development of the business strategy and further monitoring of its implementation.
- Control over budgeting and controlling of the Business expenses, changes in working capital, CF and optimization of company’s taxation.
- Monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting procedures implementation.
- Leading the development of accounting and management reporting methodologies, implementation of unified accountancy system on acquired entities.
- Control over IFRS function and external auditors communication.
- Immediate supervision of budgeting and management reporting department, accountancy system implementation department, department of investment planning and analysis.
- Control over Corporate finance and treasury function.
