Требования:
Expected Areas of Competence
• Preparation of the monthly internal financial package for HQ and Management Team decision making.
• Participate in the consolidation of the Russia and CIS region reports/statements to insure that each market is committed to the target and provide management "Region/Corporate" with financial reports supported by commentary on variances versus Projection/Budget and Prior Year.
• Participate in budget and projections processes for BMS Russia and CIS.
• Perform the analyses of "P&L/ Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow" reports and identify variances.
• Conducts thorough and careful analysis of data, gather critical information, effectively summarizes data and identifies potential solutions. Balance the need for accuracy and timeliness, appropriately.
• Follow up on the achievement of the various financial objectives of the business unit and recommend specific financial measures ensuring the overall as well as department's achievement of the assigned objectives.
• Take an active part in cost reduction initiatives and added value analysis across the whole organization. Establishes good relationship with key customers and colleagues
• Ensures that all budget holders are fully aware of their financial results.

• 24 - 35 years old
• 3 to 4 years of accounting/financial background
• Worked in a complex environment
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems from varied sources and generate potential solutions
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company, through various formats
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills and interpret information gathered from a variety of sources
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, exhibiting good communication skills and the adaptability required to cope within a global change environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources and through effective analysis, deliver superior business solutions to senior management in a timely manner
• Experience with financial reporting activities that include the use of data within financial accounting systems and spreadsheet application to aid in effective and efficient decision-making and planning
• Experience in communicating with local and regional management
Knowledge Desired
• University degree in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of finance/accounting policies, corporate reporting and internal control requirements
• Understanding of manufacturing, sales, marketing, distribution process and cycles
• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet applications and management reporting systems and all intranet applications.
• Analytical, quick with numbers
• Advanced Excel user, able to model outside the standard format and think outside box already given
• English: Upper Intermediate
