Требования:
Finance or Accounting University education.
Strong accounting credentials are essential, including either an ACCA/CPA/CIMA certification Fluent English is mandatory.
Qualified candidate for this position should have at least 8 years of financial and accounting experience in a fast-growing and well-structured company in a senior managerial position.
The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of RAP/IFRS, and should have a good understanding of Russian business and financial legislation. Solid reputation on the market is crucial for the ideal candidate.
Change management experience is a must.

Excellent analytical, conceptual and planning abilities, strong financial modeling skills, clear cost and profit orientation skills, entrepreneurial spirit, team-orientation, high level skills in leadership, strong negotiation and presentation skills and pleasant personality are mandatory.
Обязанности:
Provide the top management team with strategic and tactical advice, financial analysis and a business perspective.
Champion cost-saving initiatives throughout the organization.
Maintain and develop further a disciplined financial planning and control process to accurately report performance revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, tax, income, margins, metrics, pricing and other financial information.
Assess and monitor financial controls of the organization and strengthen where needed. Design, lead and implement a best-class financial management function, encompassing financial analysis and reporting, short- and long-range planning and budgeting, strategic planning, and business systems and controls.
Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and negotiation of new business opportunities. Manage special projects as required. Bring independent strategic perspective to the organization, and work in a cohesive fashion with the senior team in developing the company’s strategic plan.
Provide insight and analysis into the financial ramifications of business plans and objectives.
To ensure compliance with internal and external accounting policies and procedures, as well as corporate approval procedures and ensure the timely
Submission of financial reports in accordance with the legal, tax and accounting principles of Russia as well as in accordance with IFRS.
To handle all treasury and banking operations, including control over all cash assets and transactions.
To ensure tax compliance and develop tax policies and procedures designed to minimize transaction, operational, compliance and reputation risk.
