Требования:
Education:
• University degree (economics/finance/banking).
Work experience:
• Experience in Controlling/IFRS reporting area of at least 5 years.
• Experience in Banking and/or Leasing business is strongly desired.
• Big 4 experience with focus to FI/Leasing companies would be a plus.
Knowledge, Skills:
• Deep knowledge of accounting (RAP, banking and/or corporate) and financial reporting principles (IFRS or USGAAP).
• Ability to lead complicated IFRS transformation/reconciliation process.
• Practical understanding of deferred taxation calculation/reconciliation techniques
• Solid understanding of leasing operations and RUGAAP/IFRS accounting of leasing deals.
• Understanding of IFRS credit risk provisioning principles.
• Successful experience of managing (from business owner side) changes of complex company-wide Information Systems.
• Proven technical competences (modeling, planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, allocation techniques).
• Ability to build and carefully manage complex planning/reporting models.
• Fluent English.
• High level of computer literacy (general office software, databases, programming in MS Access/MS SQL, general ledgers).
• Ability to organize parallel processing of several tasks under time pressure.

Deputy Chairman of Board of Management which is in charge of Treasury, Controlling and Accounting functional areas
Functions
• Organizing and planning work of department;
• Management and financial reporting
• Operative planning
• Control of expenditures vs budget
• Credit Risk Provisioning process.
Job Responsibilities
• Organizing and planning work of department.
• Management reporting and data preparation (presentations, response to requests, SCOT)
• Monthly IFRS closing / quarterly OPEX reporting.
• Organizing technically Operative Planning / Forecasting (Expected Actual) process.
• Developing / maintaining controlling data repositories (including methodology development, agreeing interaction with other departments, setting business requirements, performing user acceptance testing of systems, implementing required reporting).
• Control of expenditures vs budget.
Ensuring quality of Credit Risk Provisioning process.
Additional Information
In the course of performing work functions Head of Controlling department has a right to:
• Participate in meetings relevant to his/her functional area of responsibility.
• Request from departments of the Bank such information which is necessary to perform work functions.
• Perform continuing professional development in the functional area in the forms approved by management of the bank.
• Escalate relevant question directly to Deputy Chairman of Board of Management which is in charge of Treasury, Controlling and Accounting functional areas.
• Compose, sign, initial and approve document in his/her functional area of responsibility.
• Make independent decisions in the course of performing his/her functions.
• Allocate tasks within Controlling department.
• Enjoy other rights in accordance with policies and procedure of the Bank.
