7-10 years in working in a high level tax position.
Обязанности:
Head of Tax
1.General managing of Tax team
2. Methodology of taxation ( Profit tax, Property Tax, Income Tax,
Transport Tax, Value Added Tax) and Tax reconciliation between tax and
RAP statements
3. Development of banks accounting policies for tax purposes
4. Clients tax advising re bank's products
5. Tax audits, due diligence of new products, vendor assistance
(reviewing all types of banking operations), agreements revision
6. Deferred Tax calculation,Tax accruals calculation
7. Good relationships and recognition with Minfin RF and Federal tax
Service of RF, Interactions with tax authorities on the issues related
to methodology, tax reports and relevant documentation filling, tax
registration
8. Tax returns preparation and calculation
9. other (tax forecasting, Payments/accruals reconciliation with Tax
Inspection; )
