Требования:
• Legal education is appreciated (but not obligatory);
• Labour Law knowledge (especially Northern, Rotation law is appreciated);
• Employee Services experience;
• English: to be ready write, read(at least) and speak;
• Computer: experienced user MS Office, e-mail, Internet, 1S and SAP experience is appreciated.
• Possible it may be person with small experience but has good life attitude, communicable, be mobile to any regions, strong willing to educate and develop.
Обязанности:
• Making hiring, termination, transfer/promotion actions;
• Forming and keeping updated employee's personal files;
• Keeping updated records in employee's labour books;
• Keeping updated employee's personal data in 1S and SAP programs;
• Job description preparation;
• Pension Fund reporting.
Заработная плата: от 1700 до 3300 долларов США
