Обязанности:
Co-manage mobility programme and all expatriate issues for Russia
Work with the Business Leaders on strategic planning for secondments to assist fulfil the future regional needs
Promote greater mobility intra-regionally
Promote greater ownership of individuals on secondment and appropriate repatriation planning at the end of their secondment term
Manage the Firm`s immigration risks and alert management to potential issues in rapidly changing environment
Managing vendors and maintaining quality control for the relocation, taxation and immigration processes
