Требования:
Ability to assess risk hazards & exposures and to determine appropriate rates for individual risks;
Knowledge & understanding of policy wordings and good local standard for issuing multi-national policies
Ability to manage, monitor & control underwriting results on a portfolio basis (override, capital charges)
Knowledge of reinsurance & how it is used.
Understands the market and the international business practice for multi-national accounts.
Ability to establish standards for market segmentation, risk selection pricing.
Able to apply & develop client management strategies.
Systems & Programmes: Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Underwriting Systems – e.g. GENIUS, APOLLO

Обязанности:
Financial Goals. To develop and implement business plan for property portfolio. To achieve financial goals and requirements set out in the business plan
Portfolio Integrity. To manage, develop and maintain underwriting integrity by ensuring effective communication throughout department to ensure responsiveness to changing business environment. To ensure quality by following underwriting guidelines
Product Development. The continued identification, development and implementation of new products and services to improve client retention and new business acquisition
Producer Management. To manage and assist Country and Underwriting Manager in effective Producer Management. To accompany Underwriting Manager on broker visits and participate in workshops
Procedures. To review, develop and implement procedures to maximise operational effectiveness for property accounts.
To conduct quarterly reviews of progress of override agreements. To lapse agreements where facility is not performing
