Age mid thirties and above
Minimum 3 years in senior management position
Life insurance or sales management experience
Experience in multinational companies or abroad.
Proven ability in establishing or developing sales distribution channels
Обязанности:
To assist in establishing and meeting the objectives and directions of the Company, including the management and development of a sustainable and profitable business organisation through:
Establishing and developing a highly motivated and effective management team and support staff, within budgeted resources
Maximizing all available approved distribution channels
Delivering highest levels of customer service
Maintaining efficient back office / operational support
Ensuring complete legal and regulatory compliance
Displaying entrepreneurial leadership / vision and market awareness to apprise Regional Management, Local Management, maximise business opportunities and avoid/limit adverse market / economic influences.
