Требования:
Agency or sales force-related management experience, preferably with on-site and remote, agent presence
· Experience of working in a commercial environment, ideally within an insurance or related industry
· Knowledge and experience of the sales environment, particularly with direct or face to face sales structures
· Must be able to demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills
· Strong leadership and inter-personal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to lead the business whilst winning and maintaining the respect of internal and external customers
· Solid analytical and numerical skills
· Good command of English - verbal and written


Judgement Skills:

Commercial and analytical judgement skills are required in order to make recommendations in the areas of:

Sales promotion, targeting and marketing
Legal and operating environment
People management
Performance management
Operational planning

Обязанности:
Job Purpose:

To deliver an annual budget with achievement of each line of business
To recruit, motivate, develop, train and retain a sales force of agents to produce new and renewal business from a portfolio of non-life insurance products targeted at individuals and small businesses.
To ensure new and existing agents establish and develop effective working practices within an existing Agency sales force
Dimensions:
· Budget management of Agency resources to provide support to deliver the annual production budget
· Direct reports - budget and management responsibility for administrative
support, a trainer and team leaders.

Accountabilities:

· Budget Production
Generate the required written premium and number of policies for each product line, to ensure the delivery of an annual monetary budget, as phased throughout the year.
· Management of Agency Team Leaders, a Trainer and Administrative support
Direct and lead the development and growth of the Team Leaders, Agents, and Trainer ensuring the needs of the business. Team Leaders, Agents, the Trainer and Administration are met to everyone's satisfaction.
· Financial
Ensure the effective and efficient running of the channel is achieved in line with
agreed budgets.

· Management of Agency relationships
Further develop existing internal and external relationships seeking ways to improve the quality of interaction in terms of volume of business and effectiveness and to identify, target and approach new external production sources
