Требования:
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sector.
Banking experience together with insurance is a plus.
Languages: English - Fluent
Strong knowledge of insurance industry in Russia.
Self motivated and result oriented.
Analytic strength, project management skills.
Обязанности:
Profit and Lost for insurance products x-sell projects and maximization of x-sell results
In charge of Budgets, Financial, Strategy, Sales for x-sell projects.
Coordination to develop the necessary MIS to implement the projects and track results on a daily basis
Product offers and market conditions modeling for x-sell project(s).
Understands business needs and provides value-added solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities, recommend programs and “sell” ideas to propel increased business results and revenue.
Understands and demonstrates appropriate management acumen to contribute to profit.
Perfect functionality between the products and all areas involved, as sales channels, marketing, operations, phone, other products as DDAґs, credit cards, customer service, etc.
Coordinates with peers to attain full coordination and seamless execution of insurance strategy and initiatives.
Identify internal and external client necessities as proposing and implementing a solution for does needs.
Must understand customer needs and expectations to launch adequate campaigns, propose to design/upgrade products and promote direct marketing effectiveness on x-sell.
Be in all times aware of the market product offering, pricing and country situation, as to act or re-act to any demand, opportunity or change in the market or country.
Full compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements, procedures and controls, BISO security initiatives as all bank requirements to have a product operating in the market.
Fully responsible for complying with regulatory and legal requirements as well as other regulatory bodies.
Must have an inordinate ability for disciplined project management.
Must drive Service Quality initiatives; have a good understanding of Qualitative and Quantitative research and statistical modeling. Continuously analyze indicators to find alternate solutions to ensure seamless Service Quality.
