Требования:
Degree level education preferred in addition to three years plus Insurance experience, preferably marine but general commercial insurance or International Finance experience would be acceptable
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to learn
Leadership potential
Desire to succeed
Initiative and decision making skills required in addition to ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Good system skills and ability to learn a variety of operating systems
Must be fluent in English and preferably additional language capability of the region (EG- Russian, Czech etc)
Must be mobile, willing to travel with possible relocation in the future.
Обязанности:
The candidate would undergo a broad based marine insurance training whilst carrying out several reporting, liaising and planning duties together with Regional Profit Centre Manager and Country Profit Centre Managers. The position, whilst being broad based, has a definite Underwriting and Underwriting Management bias which will equip the individual to proceed in an Underwriting or Underwriting Management position within the Group.
