Insurance or financial retail industry experience
Minimum 1-year sales experience in managing accounts (banking retail preferred)
Proved record of successful deals negotiations
Good sales and sales management skills
Training experience
Managerial skills
University degree
Good English
PC advanced user (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet and etc)
Обязанности:
Provide sales maximization through of effective sales management, as well as sales and marketing support.
Monitor sales, training and marketing, initiate activity changes in coordination with FI and profit center managers / implement in accordance with business results.
Coordination of policy administration and claims handling procedures,
Create successful relations with the partner, regular contact with sales managers of partner-companies
Prepare the value propositions using the teamwork principle and input of all departments
Development of new projects in coordination with FI manager and profit center managers. Project management
Constantly monitor the FI/ AD sector to help business stay competitive, understand the financial, operations and marketing background of the partnership terms in order to achieve the most profitable results.
Regular and timely reporting to the local management.
