Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to develop a Sales Relationship with resellers and ensure development of a Value Added relationship with resellers.
Personal Drive & Character: Self Motivated, Proactive, Strong team player, Leadership skills, Ability to work on own initiative, Trustworthy. Driven to overachieve, Strong networking and relationship building skills.
Task Management: The ability to prioritize, plan activities and follow a task through from start to completion in a logical, timely and controlled manner.
Influential Communicator: An ability to influence customers, management and colleagues in a positive manner to assist in the achievement of business objectives.
Обязанности:
Delivering Reseller’s performance and driving customer satisfaction for Resellers of the Company.
Increase the ‘wallet share’ of the Company within assigned Resellers.
Increase the ‘market share’ of the Company within assigned Territory
Sell the buying experience, articulate the value proposition of Distribution Channel.
Collect weekly Market Feedback for Region on inhibitors / success stories & competitive intelligence for brands
Expand the business into white space opportunities within the defined territory.
Develop Total Cost of Ownership skills and enable this as a key differentiator Vs competition.
Develop Client relationships and execute the coverage plan to maximize the Company revenue and profit whilst ensuring high customer satisfaction
Specific opportunity progression – proactive competitive proposal work.
