1) Essential Experience
- Likely to have a minimum of 6 years relevant marketing experience
- Likely to have experience of customer and channel dynamics
- Demonstrable experience of strategic business and marketing planning
- Business development or sales skills and experience
- Enterprise industry experience highly desirable
- Core marketing skills (effective use of the marketing mix)

Higher education
Marketing qualifications essential
MBA preferred

Clean driving License essential
Travel as appropriate to requirements of the role
Very good English

Обязанности:
Enterprise sector
- Understand the key drivers and dynamics of relevant markets and audiences, and contribute to the overall Russia business plans based on these dynamics
- Maximize the integration and synchronization of appropriate industry messaging across all relevant Ltd sales, marketing and services activities
- Understand key competitive strategies and ensure the strategy and messaging provides Company with a sustainable competitive advantage
- Marketing management
- Contribute marketing strategies to achieve agreed business objectives within sector plans
- Use all elements of the marketing mix (including virtual team resources) to deliver upon these strategies to target audiences
- Manage the marketing budget to achieve agreed business and marketing objectives
- Lead virtual team of all other Marketing Groups to deliver specific communications
- Provide Market Intelligence to target activities in the selected areas
- Work with customer units, channel groups, EMEA Marketing and to ensure that Enterprise activity is fully embraced, integrated and synchronized across all relevant sales, service and marketing activities
Marketing manager develops and delivers integrated communications plans that address key issues within each segment (Industry, Finance, Telecom). Plans include a mix of specific solution GTMs, leverage of central programmes/GTMs and broad reach communications, and will require significant orchestration across the company, partner integration and sharing of best practice with EMEA marketing teams.
