Требования:
Minimum of 5 years of marketing/ strategy experience in the IT industry. Preferably have 5-7 years experience in leadership/people management.
Ability to define and communicates global marketing strategies that align with business strategies, product development plans and sales objectives.
Обязанности:
Build and manage customer perceptions, relationships and satisfaction through orchestrated integrated marketing communications.
Leads overall integrated marketing communications planning and segments within the subsidiary. Owns the holistic view of all marketing communications management across the subsidiary.
Leads the development of an annual Integrated Marketing Communications plan (with Marketing execution leads, PR Director, segment sales/channel managers and other marketing groups).
Ensures annual plan and individual marketing activities are aligned with the subsidiary.
Increases the Company’s share of voice and image by enforcing adherence to the Company’s brand, values, and tone in all marketing communications.
Builds and manages the marcom group to support all marcom initiatives.
Responsible and accountable for establishing and executing against total marcom execution budget
Creates marketing excellence through marketing talent management, systems, and processes to drive overall subsidiary marketing objectives.
Decides on integrated contact strategies and marketing execution and owns overall responsibility for marketing agency/vendor management.
Manage a significant central marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and alignment with sub business priorities.
Manages account elements with vendors (capacity planning, financial responsibilities, retainer, etc.).
