Требования:
Mature and experienced person
At least 4-5 years in TM area, including 1-2 years on similar position
Preferably with Agency experience
Deep understanding (and experience) of retail markets
Experience in some aspects of mobile telecom retail market a plus
Strong people management, sales and communication skills
Highly numerate with analytical and planning skills
Good written and oral English
Обязанности:
Main focus – development of trade marketing business with existing and new Clients, which includes
Development of agency’s proposition in trade marketing, Pan Russia
Explore and analyze new business opportunities, prepare proposals and lead the pitches
Develop the TM team within the Agency
Heading and managing TM team, specializing in merchandising, outsourced sales operations and trade promotion programmes (up to 4 field managers, coordinators)
