Education / Certifications:
Professional degree in a health related discipline is a requirement with valid current certificate to practice in Russia. Additional professional training and qualification in a specialist health area is preferred e.g. occupational health, advanced life support etc.
Languages Needed:
English - fluent
Обязанности:
Provide, monitor and evaluate a wide range of occupational health services
Enable line capability in the identification of health risks and the development of health facilities, competent staff, health programmes and systems to minimise the impact of risk
Advise and support the business on the delivery of high standards of occupational health practice and health management
Input specialist occupational health opinion into health risk and health impact assessment and the risk management process including advice to managers on the process and health related legislation and employment law
Develop a health promotion strategy and initiatives in support of; the public health agenda, specific occupational health risks and disease prevalence.
Formulate OH procedures and policies as appropriate to or requested by businesses
Collate and disseminate management information on the health status of the workforce and utilisation of services
Develop and provide health training such as inductions, office ergonomics, psychological health and health promotion initiatives
Develop and direct health strategy and health planning
Audit health facilities and external providers
Provide consistent travel health and immunisation advice to employees and their families travelling on behalf of the business
Input and recall personnel data on a health database and compile statistical data
