Требования:
Knowledge
• Extensive commercial experience, including oil & gas development and monetization,
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills; Extensive personal network; internal and external
• Strong finance and industry background with emphasis on analytical work and effective presentation
• Ability to integrate and analyse company and industry data (both operating and financial) and distil key results/recommendations for senior management
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in oil &gas industry,
Fluent english
Обязанности:
Strategy: Commercial leadership and accountability for facilitating the development of strategy model for West Siberia, tactical plans for delivery and securing required approvals
Project Evaluation: Lead work on commercial project evaluation of opportunities for Gas Caps and M&A Opportunities.
Business Planning: Responsible for preparation and coordination of both annual and long-term planning and coordination of Work Plans and Budgets
Performance: Development and maintenance of the processes required to ensure compliance with all company’s commercial and planning processes and maintain critical internal commercial interfaces and alignment to ensure delivery; e.g. PPM, Strategy, Finance, Control, etc.; GFO: Responsible for input to Group Financial Outlook
Commercial Assurance: Provide assurance to VP, West Siberia Gas on all commercial, economic and risk analysis in consultation with jointly impacted streams.
