Требования:
· Higher Education preferably in an engineering/technical field or economics.
· Auto Underwriting experience of 3 - 5 years
· Possesses a good knowledge of policy wordings and contract law applicable to insurance.
· Ability to analyse data and make accurate assessment of risk.
· Ability to plan, short and long term to achieve internal and external business objectives, as required.
· Knowledgeable on all relevant computer systems e.g. Word, Excel etc.
Обязанности:
· Communicate with clients, prospects, the Profit Centre Manager (PCM) to create quotation activity and develop into sales to meet production and budget targets.
· Underwrite and negotiate corporate and individual auto risks (renewal and new) to AIG standard.
· Ensure development of profitable, quality business through a selection of brokers/agents.
· Make informed underwriting decisions within the authority delegated.
· Give support to the PL PCM: - initiating the underwriting process on small, medium and large or global/multinational risks (both new and renewal). - make recommendations on pricing and coverage.
· Creation and maintaining of a client and prospect database.
· Awareness of competitors' business activity
· Regular and timely reporting to management, as necessary.
