Требования:
Strong written and oral communication skills both in Russian and English
Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented
Experience in a work environment which required attention to detail and adherence to specific rules and standards required
At least two years' banking and or brokerage operations experience
Degree is an advantage not a prerequisite

Обязанности:
Dividends processing.
- obtain information about details of dividend payment from the market (registrar, issuer, media sources);
- prepare FX transaction;
- prepare repatriation of received and FXed income;
- proper filling of relevant documents.
Tax exemptions for WSS clients.
- ensure receipt of tax certificates from the clients, check the names in the certificates and ensure that they match to other dox from this client, communicate with WSS UK, US to obtain the correct dox;
- communicate with Russian companies to ensure that relief at source is granted
- maintain relevant database, keep track of outstanding tax exemptions
Corporate Actions processing
- obtain information re corporate actions information found in the newspapers and in official Internet pages, contact the Russian issuers to obtain the lacking information and necessary clarifications;
- compiling acents and other information updates intended to be sent to Bmth for further supervisor’s approval, respond to Bmth COAC related queries;
- filing of related documents and filling necessary charts and forms;
- customer support for General Shareholders Meetings — collection of agenda, translation thereof into English, advising the clients, gathering and checking the clients instructions, actioning upon clients’ instructions
Perform COAC related operations in the local custody system (Symbols)
- input static data information in the system, including information on securities, clients, depo accounts, sections of depo accounts
- perform all necessary paperwork around the process, making up necessary memos and orders
- input depo accounting entries to the depo accounts, resulting from COACs
