Have a strong understanding of fund management and asset management industry in Russia with the credibility to be a trusted adviser to clients.
Have a commitment to client service and a focus on developing mutually profitable relationships.
Ideally demonstrate a solid experience in an institutional, marketing or a client-facing role.
Ideally have excellent contacts within the market and the credibility to build relationships at all levels.
Be an excellent communicator at all levels both internally and externally.
Be able to work with autonomy but within the team environment.
Have strong networking skills and a proactive approach to working with colleagues across the business.
Обязанности:
Identify prospective clients and prepare and execute a comprehensive business development plan with the objective of developing business for company over the medium term for that defined list.
Have the capability to assume lead CRM responsibility for clients.
Develop a detailed understanding of company’s products and services and be able to represent these effectively to existing and prospective clients.
Work closely with investment departments and colleagues in the Investment Bank and Wealth Management to target optimal clients and products.
Raise profile in the market place by, for example, participating in seminars and client entertainment functions as required.
Keep up to date with industry changes in Russia and elsewhere as they relate to our activities and to our clients needs. Be proactive in developing views and communicating those.
