Требования:
* A good first degree in engineering or another technical or financial subject
* An MBA, or other further business qualification, would be an advantage
* Strong industry experience as a senior manager in a large metallurgical (manufacturing) company
* Experience as an Executive Manager (or Production Director) at one/a number of metallurgical production facilities
* Good international experience and a familiarity with best practices in metallurgical production
* Fluent English language skills are essential
Обязанности:
* The financial performance
* Environmental, Health and Safety strategy
* Major capital investment programs
* Management of the relationships with trade unions
* Restructuring of the business including downsizing, divestiture of core assets, outsourcing etc.
* Operational excellence
* Setting of performance objectives and KPI’s and the ongoing monitoring of performance against these standards
