• High education (legal education is preferable, in particular, IP and IT laws and regulations)
• At least 3-year post-graduate experience in business environment
• Experienced in project work and start-up
• Corporate communication experienceKnowledge Desired:
• Knowledge of English language, sufficient for business communication purposes
• Thorough knowledge of computer software (advanced user of Power Point and Excel)
• Understanding of local and foreign regulations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
Обязанности:
1) Implement the requirements of corporate privacy policies and procedures as well as statutory requirements into the local organization, including interactions with distributors, another third parties, HCPs, individuals (employees, patients, consumers);
2) Introduce corporate Privacy requirements within company in Russia & CIS:
- Develop new Privacy Standard Operation Procedures and Guidelines;
3) Study and Control for implementation of SOPs;
4) Coordination of Privacy matters with Healthcare Compliance cross-sector function;
5) Approve business activities from Privacy perspective, including websites, external communications;
6) Maintain effective Privacy Corporate communication:
- Mails
- Conference calls
- Answer J&J employees Privacy questions
7) Deal with audits:
- Perform internal Privacy audit
- Ensure smooth passing of external audits where applicable
8) Conducting Trainings for different stakeholders;
9) Maintain & update Privacy section at Intranet
10) Interact with government agencies on database registration, maintenance and reporting
