• University Degree (additional education in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain
• Management plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of operational logistics, import/export and/or customs expertise.
• Knowledge of all Logistics processes, Russian custom code classification, Russian Custom Regulations and practices. Russian legislation on Russian Safety Rules, certification and sanitation legislation.
• Knowledge Incoterms 2000, TIR cornet rules and CMR.
• Basis knowledge of Alta soft, 1С program,
• Fluent English (writing, speaking).
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
• Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments
Обязанности:
The performance of logistics job connected with the import coordination, warehousing & distribution of pharmaceutical products both to Russia & CIS countries with a view to provide the Customers with company. Products on the regular & high -quality basis.
• The monitoring of warehouses in Moscow & Austria on a weekly basis
Order processing & coordination with product managers of their products demand in order to include them to deliveries to Moscow for the replenishment of Moscow stock
on a Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight
forwarders.
• Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight
forwarders.
• Products' tracking to Austria's buffer stock for the product ensuring of CIS distributors, from the point of the replenishment of bonded warehouses in CIS countries taking into account Russia & CIS budgets, sales forecasting, product registration status both in Russia & CIS countries, and the production of products in CIS packing dress
• The processing of the orders received from CIS within the same day;
• Debts' tracking of a distributor with a proper key account manager from the sales department or from a region, the provision them about the delivery status, i.e. "approval' from the financial director
• The coordination with order processing department from Austria the matters connected with the terms & ways of shipments; the ensuring them with the proper documentation such as import licenses & other details of a shipment necessary for a smooth delivery;
• The preparation of contracts & documents for import licenses for company Distribution Centre (control of price changes, registration documents, packings and etc.); the coordination of the receipt of new import licenses from the authorized organizations;
• Responsibility for timely, accurate and complete record keeping and license quota
control, support common database files with delivery tracking. Inputting of information
in internal data base and e-flow;
• Control for import services payments and services rates monitoring.
• Support transit tracking database (SAP, Navision) the tracking of Co As from the production site for the shipments to Moscow; thecoordination of Co As with the medical department & the ensuring of the translation into Russian.
• Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarde (in case of CIS countries).
• Support Temperature and dangerous goods transportation control. Control of cargo insurance. Ensuring all processes and documentation are in accordance with compliance
requirements.
